OUR PRICES
We understand how important it is to find the right self-drive hire for your needs, and we're here to help make that process as smooth as possible. Here’s our pricing information for you:
- Full Day (Saturday or Sunday): 8am to 6pm £120
- Full Day (Monday to Friday) 8am to 6pm: £100
- Full Day (Bank Holidays): 8am to 6pm £120
- Full Weekend (Collect Friday from 7pm, return by Monday 6pm): £260
- Longer Term Hires (4 weeks minimum): £500 per week
The basis of our agreement
We're happy to provide our vehicles for your use, but there are a few important conditions to be aware of:
To provide you with the best service, we will require a £225 security deposit for all hires. We know this is an extra step, but rest assured, it will be refunded once the horsebox is returned clean (minus poo !!) and in good condition. Any necessary fees will be deducted as outlined in our terms and conditions.
If you have unique hiring needs, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We're happy to work with you to find a solution that fits your requirements.
Our full-day hires include up to 250 driven miles per day, breakdown cover, and insurance for one driver who must be over the age of 25. Please note that any additional mileage over and above the 250 mile included limit will be charged at 35 pence per mile.
FULL OUT - FULL IN For convenience, the vehicle will be handed over to you with a full tank of fuel, please return it with a full tank...And please remember all of our vehicles only run on DIESEL
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any of our vehicles
If you think that you may require an additional driver for the duration of your hire, we’d be glad to arrange that for you, just let us know!
To secure your booking, we kindly ask for full payment when your hire date is within 4 weeks. For bookings made further in advance, a 50% deposit is required. We understand that plans can change, but please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of collection.
We understand that sometimes plans change, so if you’d like to collect the horsebox early, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on staff availability.
In order to complete the relevant booking paperwork please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled collection time to ensure everything goes smoothly.
We will ask that you provide us with your documentation and proof of ID ahead of your hire date. This is essential for ensuring a seamless handover. If we don’t have this information by then, unfortunately, we may not be able to proceed with your booking, and a refund won’t be possible.
As the vehicle has to be disinfected and prepared by us for next-day hire, we must ask that you ensure that the horsebox is returned no later than 6 pm on the return date. If you find yourself running a little late, just give us a heads up so we can work together to make arrangements, a late payment charge of £25 per hour may apply.
